Engineering Professional app for iPhone and iPad
Developer: Multieducator Inc
First release : 08 Mar 2010
App size: 67.33 Mb
ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL combines all of the formulas from our Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Hydrology and Mechanical Engineering formulator apps. This program is perfect for any Engineering student. Over 650 formulas allow you to determine everything from calculations on shafts to calculation on loads on beams. This one app lets you calculate the widest range of calculations. In addition there are 100 conversion formulas, as well as a section for determining Area formulas.
All formulas can be saved. You can easily access recent or favorite formulas. You can also e-mail the results from any formulas. While we regularly upgrade and add formulas to the underlying programs, ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL will be expanded as well. We expect ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL to eventually grow to over 1,000 formulas.

Latest reviews of Engineering Professional app for iPhone and iPad
Useless for everybody working with SI-Units.
The incomprehensible lack of units provided in the answers given by this calculator indicates the total lack of knowledge of engineering principles by the developers of this app. Very poor done!
This app could have potential but is currently almost useless. There are spelling/grammar mistakes in the formulas. The organization and labelling is poorly done. Most of the formulas dont tell you the units of the input or result so you have no clue what to put in and the value it spits out is useless. If you could select the units that you want and what units it outputs then that would actually make sense.... Because of all the flaws in the user interface and mistakes, I have no faith in the reliability of any of the formulas. Dont buy this. Please dont buy this.
The price for this app would be much better spent on a calculator app, a reference app, and a cuppa Joe. The derivation of results is purely black magic, often requiring information that has to come from another reference and then only covers solutions that lost sophmore engineering students could recite in their sleep.
This app needs alot of work to be worth $11.99. You cant see any of the formulas that the program uses to do the caculations. It could be helpful but I would wait for upgrades.
